Give your sweetheart an evening she/he will remember with Dinner and Dancin' at the Mansion.
Dinner will be provided by Noble Feast Catering. Chef Alan Harris has prepared a wonderful menu:

Tropical vegetable chips w/ avocado tomato salsa
Dinner Buffet
Mixed greens salad w/ julienne vegetables, dried cranberries, pecans, champagne herb vinaigrette
Pomegranate chicken breast cutlets w/ creamy leeks, herbs
Apple fennel baked salmon w/ a citrus shallot beurre blanc
Dauphinoise potato au gratin
Vegetable sauté of green beans, chestnuts, chard, brussel sprouts, herbs, browned bacon butter
Assorted breads, coffees, teas
Wine and beer
Dessert
French apple custard tart, Vanilla bean ice cream

Cocktails begin at 5; dinner at 5:30 and Dancin' begins at 8: with Greg Caputo Quartet that will perform well-loved standards for your dancing and listen pleasure. Cash bar and refreshments will be served from 8 - 11. If your name is George, Morgan or Sarah you receive $16 off your admission in honor of George Morgan's birthday and Sarah and George's Anniversary.
If you'd rather just come for Dancin' at the Mansion, we welcome you at 8:00pm
